据知情人士称，美国私募股权巨头KKR集团正考虑参与日本便利店运营商Seven & I Holdings创始家族将该公司私有化的交易，加入另一家私募巨头阿波罗全球管理公司的行列。

　　知情人士说，KKR正在讨论投资数千亿日元收购这家7- 11便利店运营商的股权。由于信息未公开，这些人士要求不具名。

　　本月较早时有报道称，阿波罗全球管理公司正考虑参与Seven & i的私有化交易，承诺出资至多1.5万亿日元（约合95亿美元）入股Seven & i。
