PVH Corp (PVH), the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, was accused of improper conduct by China's commerce ministry related to the Xinjiang region, Reuters reported Thursday, citing preliminary findings.
The Chinese commerce ministry plans to summon the company soon, the report said.
An investigation into PVH began in September over possible violations of market trading principles involving Xinjiang-specific products, the report said.
PVH did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
