Odaily星球日报讯 美国国税局（IRS）宣布从 2025 年起实施加密货币交易第三方报告制度。Coinbase、Gemini 等中心化交易平台将首次需要通过新设立的 1099-DA 表格向税务部门报告用户的加密货币交易信息。根据规定，托管型交易平台、数字资产钱包提供商、加密货币 ATM 运营商及数字资产支付处理商等机构需要全年追踪并记录用户的买卖交易，并于 2026 年初向用户及 IRS 提交报告。具体实施时间表显示：加密资产成本基准（购买价格）信息报告将于 2026 年开始实施；去中心化平台（如 Uniswap、Sushiswap）的点对点交易报告则推迟至 2027 年，但仅需报告总交易额。新上市的比特币现货 ETF 交易也将通过 1099-B 或 1099-DA 表格申报，包括份额交易及基金内部产生的应税事件。（CNN）
