智通财经APP讯，小菜园(00999)公布，有关全球发售的稳定价格期已于2025年1月16日(星期四)(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。
整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)确认，概无国际发售的股份超额分配。稳定价格经办人(或任何代其行事的人士)于稳定价格期间并无采取稳定价格行动。因此，超额配股权并未获行使，且超额配股权已于2025年1月16日(星期四)失效。
紧接稳定价格期间结束后，公众人士持有的股份数目占公司已发行股本总数约 15.00%，符合公众持股量豁免指定的最低公众持股量规定。
