智通财经APP获悉，随着TikTok美国“不卖就禁”禁令将于1月19日生效，内地社交平台小红书突然成为不少美国TikTok用户“难民营”。据报道，小红书大股东正在商谈按至少200亿美元(约1560亿港元)的估值减持股份的事宜，腾讯(00700)等有兴趣接手。
报道引述知情人士称，小红书的投资者GGV Capital、金沙江创投和天图投资正在洽售部分持股，包括现有股东红杉中国和高瓴等基金均有兴趣，而腾讯也在考虑是否买入更多股份。
如果上述交易如果达成，则将推动小红书的估值回到2021年时的巅峰水平，并提振其首次公开募股(IPO)前景。业界估计该公司最快将于今年IPO，具体将取决于市况。
不过，报道称，该交易尚未完成，而且许多现有股东拥有优先购买权。如果潜在买家决定暂时观望，特别是考虑到Tiktok形势仍然不明朗，谈判仍可能会破裂。小红书被视为TikTok的几个可行替代品之一，本周成为iOS平台下载量最大的免费应用。
