微软(MSFT.US) 举行2025 AI Tour香港站活动，表示香港定位为一个蓬勃发展的AI枢纽，愈来愈多政策和指引正支持企业应用AI，生成式AI采用率显著上升，由2023年的56.3%提升至2024年的62.1%，当中金融服务业、制造业以及媒体与电讯业是投资回报率最高的前三大行业，每投资1美元可带来3.4美元回报。
微软表示，客户领展(00823.HK) 一直有采用生成式AI及数码转型策略来提升营运效率和改善决策，目前领展内部有约三成员工使用微软Copilot，采用率达90%，例如领展商户风险评估工具能透过在Copilot输入指令，每天监测3,000个社交媒体及新闻网站，为每个商户提供详细的风险概览，有助领展评估商户风险、强化商户组合，并提高决策效率。
