Centrex (ASX:CXM) is raising AU$10.4 million via a non-brokered entitlement offer, subject to a minimum subscription condition of AU$9 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Eligible shareholders may subscribe for one ordinary share for every one share held as of Jan. 23 at an offer price of AU$0.012 apiece, a discount of more than 29% to the last traded price on Dec. 16, 2024, the filing said. The offer includes one free attaching option for every two new shares subscribed for.
Proceeds will be used to fund plant upgrades and working capital, per the filing.
