ESR-REIT (SGX:J91U) entered into a contract of sale to divest 79 GTuas South Street 5, Singapore for SG$9.9 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The amount represents a 1.5% premium above the property's valuation.
The property is a general industrial building within the Tuas Industrial Estate and has a gross floor area of 6,312 square meters.
Following the completion of the divestment, the REIT portfolio will have 71 properties located across Singapore, Australia and Japan.
Shares of the REIT were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
