智通财经APP获悉，和黄医药(00013)今日放量跌超10%，截至发稿，跌9.77%，报21.25港元，成交额3.02亿港元。
消息面上，近日和黄医药宣布以6.08亿美元现金达成出售上海和黄药业45%的股权，预计获得税前出售收益4.77亿美元（分三年确认收益），所得款项将用于进一步开发内部产品管线，包括公司自研抗体偶联药物（ATTC）平台。该交易预计将于2025年第一季度末完成，完成后公司仅保留上海和黄药业5%股权。瑞银预计公司自2025年起可持续获得盈利，纯利有望增至4.52亿美元，但2026年至2027年纯利预测分别下调55.6%及39.5%。
另外，中泰国际指出，尽管近期由于赛沃替尼美国申报和索乐匹尼布内地上市获批延迟导致公司股价表现疲软，但认为这些影响已充分计价。该行将今明两年的收入预测分别下调 8%及11%，以反映关键资产的注册延迟，同时维持公司将于2025年开始盈利的预测。该行假设2025年纯利为4.49亿美元，其中考虑了出售和黄药业的收益。
