智通财经APP获悉，1月15日，人形机器人公司优必选(09880)发布公告，公司非执行董事、天使投资人夏佐全承诺，自1月16日起12个月内，将不以任何方式减持其持有的19,888,800 股优必选股份。
对于此次自愿禁售承诺，夏佐全向媒体表示，长期坚定看好人形机器人赛道，认可优必选在人形机器人技术与产品的巨大领先与抢跑优势。
这是继优必选创始人、董事会主席兼CEO周剑、CTO兼执行董事熊友军、执行董事王琳、个人股东赵国群之后，优必选核心高管及重要股东的第三份禁售承诺公告。
据媒体报道，比亚迪联合创始人、正轩投资董事长夏佐全以天使投资人的身份投资优必选，并进行了多轮跟投，是全球最早下注人形机器人价值的创投人之一。夏佐全曾在比亚迪的投资中获6万倍投资回报，优必选则被媒体认为是夏佐全投出的“下一个比亚迪”。
夏佐全表示，去年10月，优必选自研的新一代工业人形机器人Walker S1进入比亚迪汽车工厂实训已完成了第一阶段的测试工作。是全球范围内首次实现与L4级无人物流车、无人叉车、工业移动机器人和智能制造管理系统协同作业的工业场景解决方案。
据悉，优必选新一代工业人形机器人S2及第三代灵巧手即将发布，将在工业场景第二阶段的更多实训场景中应用。目前，人形机器人正处于量产交付的前夜，产业应用奇点将至。
