智通财经APP获悉，家电股早盘普涨，截至发稿，TCL电子(01070)涨6.88%，报6.21港元；海信家电(00921)涨3%，报27.5港元；海尔智家(06690)涨1.42%，报25港元；美的集团(00300)涨0.67%，报75.3港元。
消息面上，1月15日，商务部等4部门办公厅发布关于做好2025年家电以旧换新工作的通知。通知明确了享受补贴的家电范围和具体补贴金额。其中，对个人消费者购买2级及以上能效或水效标准的冰箱、洗衣机、电视等12类家电产品给予补贴。消费者购买2级能效或水效标准的产品补贴15%，1级能效或水效标准的产品补贴20%，每位消费者每类产品可补贴1件（空调产品最多可补贴3件），每件补贴不超过2000元。
商务部市场运行和消费促进司司长李刚日前表示，2024年消费品以旧换新已带动相关产品销售额超过1.3万亿元。其中，超3600万名消费者购买8大类家电以旧换新产品超过5600万台，家装厨卫“焕新”补贴产品约6000万件。海通国际指出，判断2025年家电终端零售有望实现量价齐升，龙头企业内销收入端有望实现稳健增长，以旧换新拉动下家电销售均价提升明显，家电企业利润率提升可期。利率下行趋势下，家电龙头股息率仍具吸引力，重点关注受益于以旧换新政策且具备全球竞争力的白电和黑电龙头。
