花旗发布研报称，丘钛科技发盈喜，预计去年溢利同比增长2至2.8倍。以中位数2.84亿元计，公司盈喜较该行及市场预期的2.77亿元人民币高出3%，主要由于手机摄像头模组(CCM)及超声波指纹模组(FPM)的市场份额提升；CCM产品组合优化；FPM产品组合改善令毛利率上升；产能利用率改善；对关联公司的投资损失减少。
中金发布研报指出，丘钛科技预告2024年净利润同比增长200%~280%，符合市场预期。展望2025年，该行认为光学或仍是手机微创新的主要切入点，看好手机摄像模组的盈利改善趋势延续。指纹识别模组方面，1H24毛利率仍处于亏损状态，随着更高端的超声波模组出货增加，2H24和2025年指纹识别模组毛利率有望继续修复，甚至扭亏。
