港股异动 | 广联科技控股跌20%，上市半年股价曾飙升超六倍，遭香港证监会点名股权高度集中
智通财经APP获悉，广联科技控股(02531)跌超20%，值得注意的是，去年7月15日至12月24日期间，该股最高涨幅曾高达6.6倍。截至2025年1月14日，该公司股份收盘价为29.7港元，较上市价4.7港元上升532%。截至发稿，跌20.46%，报22.55港元。
消息面上，1月15日，广联科技控股遭香港证监会点名股权高度集中。公告显示，香港证监会最近曾就该公司股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于1月2日，有20名股东包括该公司3位执行董事，合共持有3.48亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本94.94%。因此，该公司只有1855.95万股，占已发行股份5.06%，由其他股东持有。另外，公司此前公告显示，广联科技控股的基石投资者、控股股东持有的股份于2025年1月14日解禁。
