协合新能源附属公司拟以5.06亿元出售依兰县协合100%股权
财中社1月16日电协合新能源（00182）发布公告，董事会宣布，公司多间全资附属公司与沙电签订出售协议，将依兰县协合的100%股权以总代价约5.06亿元出售给沙电。此次交易的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易。
根据协议，首批代价约为4.05亿元，初始第二批代价约为1.01亿元。依兰县协合截至2024年8月31日的未审计资产净值约为3.74亿元。预计此次出售将为公司带来未审核收益总额约9883万元，并用于一般运营资金，支持公司日常业务和活动。
