金吾财讯 | 天伦燃气(01600)公布，两间附属公司河南天伦与河南首开分别与天伦教育就租赁郑州物业订立租赁协议，年租共450万元（人民币，下同）。此外，两间附属公司又与新天伦物业管理订立物业管理服务协议，为期3年。据公告指，执行董事兼控股股东张瀛岑持有天伦教育及新天伦物业。至于租用物业位于郑州郑东新区九如东路与黄河东路交界，总建筑面积分别5606和1193平方米，用作办事处，年租371万及79万元，而租赁确认的使用权资产总值约1280万元。
