格隆汇1月16日｜美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)周三表示，起诉农业设备公司迪尔公司，称其垄断维修服务。FTC指，迪尔几十年来一直阻碍客户维修拖拉机和联合收割机等设备的能力，迫使客户依赖该公司的授权维修提供者网路。授权经销商经常使用迪尔品牌的零件，而不是较便宜的通用零件来进行维修工作，从而增加迪尔的利润。
