【上海召开个性化推荐算法分类指导会】金十数据1月16日讯，1月16日，上海市市委网信办会同市通管局聚焦个性化推荐算法，召开第二场算法治理分类指导会，督促指导属地网站平台优化算法推荐机制，丰富破解“信息茧房”的“工具箱”，保护网民合法权益，促进算法应用向上向善。小红书、哔哩哔哩、喜马拉雅、虎扑、趣头条等20家重点平台相关负责人参会。会议指出，要持续优化面向未成年人、老年人的算法服务，有效防范用户沉迷、过度消费等问题。要加强用户权益保护，不得超范围收集用户个人信息用于内容推荐；确保用户能便捷关闭算法推荐服务；支持用户通过“不感兴趣”按钮、兴趣标签管理等功能，自主调节推荐内容类别，真正把“算法开关”交到用户手中。
