小红书大股东正在商谈按至少200亿美元的估值减持股份的事宜，腾讯控股等大公司有兴趣接手。

　　知情人士称，小红书的投资者GGV Capital、金沙江创投和天图投资正在洽售部分持股。表现出兴趣的基金包括现有股东红杉中国和高瓴。其中一人补充说，腾讯也在考虑是否买入更多股份。

　　上述交易如果达成，则将推动小红书的估值回到2021年时的巅峰水平，并提振其首次公开募股（IPO）前景；业界估计该公司最快将于今年IPO，具体将取决于市况。

　　不过知情人士称，该交易尚未完成，因为许多现有股东拥有优先购买权。如果潜在买家决定暂时观望，那么谈判仍可能会破裂。
