Technology stocks were rising premarket Thursday, with The Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) 0.8% higher and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) up 1.2%.
DouYu International Holdings (DOYU) said it has appointed Simin Ren as co-chief executive officer, effective immediately. The company said it has also approved a special cash dividend of $9.94 per ordinary share or American depositary share to holders on record as of Feb. 10. Shares of DouYu International Holdings were up past 30% premarket.
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) shares were up over 5% after the company reported higher Q4 earnings and net sales.
Infosys (INFY) shares were down 0.4% even after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 earnings and revenue.
