该基金交易代码为508078，基金份额总额为8亿份，将于2025年1月24日在上交所上市交易，由中航基金管理有限公司担任基金管理人，江苏银行股份有限公司作为基金托管人。

中航易商仓储物流REIT作为契约型封闭式基金，合同期限为33年，发售日期定于2024年12月13日至2024年12月19日，发售价格为每份2.628元。

在募集与上市交易方面，中航易商仓储物流REIT募集资金有效认购金额21.024亿元人民币，有效认购户数为1563户。上市交易份额为2.061亿份，限售份额为5.921亿份。持有人户数为1560户，其中机构投资者持有比例高达98.76%。
