光伏“寒冬”还未过去，光伏企业高层也在持续动荡。

1月18日，沐邦高科发布公告称，董事会于近日收到公司总经理郭俊华先生提交的辞职报告。因工作调整原因，郭俊华先生申请辞去公司总经理的职务，辞职后担任公司技术顾问，该辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。

2005年12月至2007年12月，郭俊华任新南韦尔斯大学光伏卓越中心副总监暨高效晶硅电池量产技术研发小组负责人；2007年9月至2009年12月，任台湾益通光能总经理兼首席技术官；2010年3月至2011年7月，任台湾联景光电总经理兼首席技术官。2012年2月至2020年11月，郭俊华历任晶科能源集团质量体系副总裁，电池事业部副总裁暨总经理，浙江晶科能源公司常务副总经理。2020年12月，郭俊华成为晶科能源新任首席运营官。

2022年9月，沐邦高科发布公告称，董事会同意聘任郭俊华先生担任公司总经理（CEO）。消息一出，让沐邦高科在光伏行业的前景瞬间明朗起来。2023年4月起，郭俊华又开始担任沐邦高科董事，进入沐邦高科核心决策层。
