Newborn Town (HKG:9911) trustee Three D Partners bought a further 10,870,000 of the company's shares on the market between Jan. 13, and Jan. 17, for around HK$38.9 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The purchase was carried out under the company's restricted share unit award scheme.
The shares, representing 0.77% of the company's existing issued share capital, were repurchased from the market for an average price of HK$3.58 apiece.
Following the recent buyback, Three D Partners holds 94,790,069 shares in the internet marketing company.
Previously, between April 28, 2023, and Jan. 10, 2025, the trustee purchased an aggregate of 79,232,000 shares of the company on the market.
