智通财经APP获悉，中国重型卡车自动驾驶技术开发商嬴彻科技(Inceptio Technology)正在考虑最早于今年在美国进行首次公开募股(IPO)。据知情人士透露，该公司还以上海嬴彻科技股份有限公司的名义开展业务，计划通过此次IPO募集1亿至2亿美元资金。由于涉及公司内部事务，这些知情人士拒绝透露姓名，并表示相关审议仍在进行中，交易规模和时间表可能会发生变化。
据了解，嬴彻科技成立于2018年，股东包括电池制造商宁德时代、食品配送巨头美团以及知名投资公司红杉资本集团(前身为红杉中国)。
截至去年年底，搭载嬴彻科技自动驾驶技术的商用卡车已在中国行驶超过2亿公里(约合1.24亿英里)。根据公司网站信息，其客户涵盖顺丰控股、中通快递(开曼)以及雀巢公司等大型物流企业。
如果此次IPO成功，嬴彻科技将成为继文远知行(WRD.US)和小马智行(PONY.US)之后，又一家在纽约上市的自动驾驶技术开发商。
值得一提的是，文远知行自10月上市以来，其美国存托凭证(ADR)已下跌约15%，而小马智行自11月IPO以来，ADR上涨约5%。
目前，嬴彻科技的一位代表拒绝就此事发表评论。
