智通财经APP讯，君实生物(01877)发布公告，近日，该公司全资子公司 TopAlliance Biosciences Inc.(以下简称“拓普艾莱”)与 LEO Pharma A/S (以下简称“利奥制药”)签署了《分销与商业化协议》。根据本次协议，拓普艾莱将授予利奥制药在欧盟(EU)和欧洲经济区(EEA)所有现有成员国和任何未来成员国以及瑞士、英国(以下简称“合作区域”)内储存、分销、推广、营销和销售特瑞普利单抗的独占权利。
公告称，本次合作是公司践行“立足中国、布局全球”的国际化战略的重要实践，也是拓普艾莱在欧洲市场开拓业务布局的重要一步。公司将携手合作伙伴利奥制药积极筹备特瑞普利单抗的欧洲地区商业化落地工作，借助利奥制药在欧洲市场成熟的药品分销网络和丰富的市场推广经验，特瑞普利单抗将精准且高效地覆盖合作区域患者，大幅缩短市场导入周期，为欧洲地区患者提供优质的治疗选择。本次交易也将提升该产品和公司在全球范围的品牌影响力，进一步拓宽公司全球商业化网络的布局。本次交易预计将对公司的持续经营产生积极影响。
