　　晶泰控股-P（02228）公布，于2025年1月18日，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，该公司拟透过配售代理配售最多2.64亿股配售股份，占扩大后股本约7.18%。每股配售股份4.28港元，假设所有2.64亿股配售股份获悉数认购，净筹约11.25亿港元。

　　董事认为，配售为公司筹集资金的良机，同时可扩大其股东基础。董事认为，配售将巩固集团的财务状况，并为集团提供营运资金。

　　公告称，公司拟将配售所得款项净额主要用于产品持续迭代升级，提升研发技术能力和解决方案能力；促进公司的商业化发展，加强外部合作，扩大公司规模和市场份额；潜在机会投资、人才吸引与引进、营运资金补充和一般公司用途。
