智通财经APP获悉，内房股多数上扬，截至发稿，龙湖集团(00960)涨4.14%，报10.16港元；越秀地产(00123)涨3.35%，报4.93港元；华润置地(01109)涨3.32%，报23.35港元；新城发展(01030)涨2.89%，报1.78港元。
消息面上，国家统计局局长康义今日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，9月以来，房地产市场呈现出积极变化，四季度新建商品房销售面积、销售额同比分别增长0.5%、1.0%，扭转了之前连续下滑的态势。康义表示，房地产一揽子政策效果正在持续显现，表现为市场成交日趋活跃、房价逐步回稳、市场预期持续改善。
平安证券指出， 随着春节假期临近，预计短期成交将步入平淡期。中期看，当前楼市量价较高点已明显回落，叠加首付及利率下调，居民置业门槛已大幅改善，尽管存量库存较高、房价及收入预期仍制约楼市表现，但该行认为市场急跌已过。随着更多高得房率、高品质好产品入市，或带来部分需求由二手房市场回流至新房市场，带来好产品市场率先企稳，短期重点关注春节后至3月表现。
