时代中国控股约85.33%债权人加入重组支持协议
财中社1月20日电时代中国控股（01233）发布公告，公司截至2025年1月20日下午5时正（香港时间），约85.33%的债权人已加入重组支持协议。公告指出，参与债权人需满足特定条件，包括在计划会议上投票支持计划，否则将无权收取同意费。
此外，公司计划于2025年4月11日上午10时正（香港时间）召开聆讯，寻求香港特别行政区高等法院的命令，以便计划债权人审议并批准该重组计划。公司将及时向股东及其他投资者通报有关重组的重大进展，提醒大家在买卖公司证券时务必谨慎。
