　　金猫银猫（01815）及中国白银集团（00815）上周五宣布停牌，今日早盘复牌高开。截至发稿，金猫银猫大涨65.85%，现报0.68港元；中国白银集团上涨5.26%，现报0.30港元。

　　金猫银猫及中国白银集团联合公告，中国白银和金猫银猫于2024年8月完成对江西乐通新材料有限公司（持有西藏龙天勇矿业有限公司100%股权）的收购，西藏龙天勇拥有西藏山南市28.88平方公里的矿产资源普查许可。

　　公告称，2024年下半年，西藏龙天勇聘请独立第三方地质专家进行普查，并于2024年12月完成。普查报告显示，该区域发现了若干金矿化带和金矿体，估算推断矿石量约210万吨，金金属量约5800公斤，平均金品位约2.77克/吨。初步预期山南勘查区远景金金属量可达约20至25吨，展现出大型金矿的潜力。
