Stryker (SYK) said late Friday it has launched a cash tender offer to buy all outstanding common shares of Inari Medical (NARI) for $80 apiece.
The offer being made through Stryker's Eagle 1 Merger Sub unit is in accordance with the two companies' previously-announced merger agreement.
The offer will expire on Feb. 18 unless extended, Stryker said.
