智通财经APP获悉，广联科技控股(02531)再跌超5%，该股昨日盘中一度跌超30%。去年7月15日至12月24日期间，该股最高涨幅曾高达6.6倍。截至2025年1月14日，该公司股份收盘价为29.7港元，较上市价4.7港元上升532%。截至发稿，跌5.15%，报24.2港元，成交额135.02万港元。
消息面上，广联科技控股此前遭香港证监会点名股权高度集中。公告显示，香港证监会最近曾就该公司股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于1月2日，有20名股东包括该公司3位执行董事，合共持有3.48亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本94.94%。因此，该公司只有1855.95万股，占已发行股份5.06%，由其他股东持有。
值得注意的是，据机构此前预测，广联科技控股原本有望于2025年3月10日获纳入港股通。然而，被证监会警示股权高度集中后，在未解决股权高度集中问题其入通资格将暂停一次。另外，公司此前公告显示，广联科技控股的基石投资者、控股股东持有的股份于2025年1月14日解禁。
