智通财经APP讯，英马斯集团(08136)发布公告，于2025年1月17日(交易时段后)，买方Project Across Company Limited(本公司全资附属公司)与卖方订立买卖协议，买方同意购买及卖方同意出售该等物业(位于日本大坂市城东区中浜三丁目 62番，及位于日本大坂市东城区大今里南二丁目16番4的物业 )，总代价为 1.395亿日圆(相当于约683.55万港元)。
本公司不断积极探索具前景的投资良机，以实现收入来源多元化。大坂为日本的主要旅游胜地之一，游客对家庭寄宿的需求亦日益增加。董事已计及该等物业的优越地理位置、周边交通网络及其现况，均有利于在大坂市发展及经营家庭寄宿业务;及日圆兑港元的汇率于过去十年处于历史低位。董事乐观认为，收购部分物业用以发展家庭寄宿业务将拥有良好的中长线资本增值潜力。因此，董事相信收购事项将会是为本公司带来合理回报率的投资良机。
董事认为，与邻近地区其他类似性质的住宅物业及土地的现行市值相比，代价属合理，而收购事项可有效运用本公司的资金。董事已评估其日常营运及其他支出的资金需求，并认为收购事项于任何重大方面将不会对本集团的营运或营运资金需求造成不利影响。
