智通财经APP讯，雅生活服务(03319)发布公告，因工作安排，黄奉潮已提请辞任公司第三届董事会董事长、联席主席、法定代表人、公司风险管理委员会主席、公司提名委员会主席及公司薪酬与考核委员会成员职务，自公司股东及董事分别于后续股东周年大会及董事会审议及批准继任事宜之日起生效，目前预计该日期为股东周年大会日期。黄奉潮将继续担任执行董事职务，直至第三届董事会任期届满为止。
经公司提名委员会建议及董事会决议通过，提名王海洋为建议委任执行董事的候选人并接任公司董事长、联席主席及法定代表人，惟须待股东于股东周年大会审议及批准。
岳元因工作安排已辞任非执行董事职务。根据相关法律法规及公司章程相关规定，鉴于岳元辞去董事职务后，董事人数将低于法定人数，岳元的辞任将在股东周年大会上选举产生新任董事后生效。在此之前，岳元仍将履行董事职务。
