滇池水务控股股东金额2亿元股权冻结解除
财中社1月17日电滇池水务（03768）发布公告，公司的控股股东昆明滇池投资持有的金额为2亿元的股权被冻结情况有了进展。根据昆明市西山区人民法院的《协助执行通知书》，该股权的冻结已被解除，法院对此作出了民事裁定。
截至公告日期，昆明滇池投资持有公司4.47亿股内资股，约占公司股份总额的43.42%。目前所有股份均受到质押或司法冻结。董事会表示将继续关注昆明滇池投资股份的冻结与解除情况，并督促其遵守相关法律法规，及时履行信息披露义务。提醒股东和投资者在交易公司证券时需谨慎行事。
