智通财经APP讯，重庆农村商业银行(03618)发布公告，该行董事会近日接获该行执行董事张培宗先生的辞呈。张先生由于工作调动，辞去该行执行董事、副行长、董事会秘书、董事会消费者权益保护委员会主任委员、董事会风险管理委员会委员、董事会关联交易控制委员会委员及根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条委任的授权代表职务。张先生的辞任自2025年1月17日起生效。
