【香港二手楼价反复,终止两周连升】香港二手楼价指数反复,反映主要大型屋苑二手住宅楼市走势的中原城市领先指数(CCL)最新报138.64点,按周下跌0.44%,终止两周连升,指数连续11周于138点上下徘徊,是反映去年12月25至26日圣诞节长假当周的市况。中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出,经济环境不明朗,二手成交淡静,买家主要入市减价笋盘,而且发展商连环低价推出新盘抢客,预期新春前CCL将持续于136点到140点之间反复。下周一(20日)美国总统特朗普正式上场,如未有重大对华不利措施,则有望释除市场的疑虑,新春后楼价或有机会摆脱窄幅横行的局面。今年楼价暂时一周升一周跌,累计升0.73%。
