智通财经APP讯，中集集团(02039)发布公告，董事会于2025年1月20日分别收到胡贤甫、邓伟栋的书面辞职报告。胡贤甫因工作变动原因，提请辞去公司第十届董事会副董事长、董事、董事会战略委员会委员等的全部职务;邓伟栋因工作变动原因，提请辞去公司第十届董事会董事、董事会风险管理委员会委员、董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员等的全部职务。胡贤甫、邓伟栋辞去上述职务后，将不在公司以及下属控股子公司担任任何职务。
