中创新航遭宁德时代起诉 索赔6100万元
财中社1月17日电中创新航（03931）发布公告，近日收到福建省泉州市中级人民法院送达的民事起诉书，原告宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司针对公司及其他被告提出知识产权侵权索赔。案件涉及电池模组ZL201621122034.9号实用新型专利，主要诉求包括要求公司立即停止侵权行为、赔偿经济损失6000万元以及合理费用100万元。
公司表示，涉诉专利属于电池模组结构，产品不存在侵权行为。目前案件尚未开庭审理，公司已向国家知识产权局提交了针对涉诉专利的专利权无效宣告请求，并已获受理。公司预计本次诉讼不会对当前及未来的生产经营产生重大不利影响，并将积极采取法律措施保护自身合法权益，维护全体股东利益。
