据美联社纽约1月14日报道，据14日公布的数据，美国波音公司由于受到美国政府加强审查和工人罢工的影响，2024年向客户交付的商用飞机数量不到其欧洲竞争对手空中客车公司的一半。

波音公司说，它2024年交付了348架客机。这比该公司2023年交付的528架客机少了1/3以上，也不及空客2024年交付客机数量的一半。

波音公司原计划在2024年提高产量。但2024年1月初，美国阿拉斯加航空公司一架波音737 MAX客机起飞后不久在空中发生事故。美国联邦航空局随后限制了该款客机的生产，直到波音公司说服联邦监管机构其已纠正客机的质量和安全问题为止。这不仅打击了波音公司的财务状况和声誉，还打击了该公司新飞机的销售。在那之后，波音公司至少有两个月没有收到737 MAX的订单，加上被取消的订单，该公司的商用飞机净订单远远落后于空客。
