【中信建投：选举林煊女士为监事会主席】金十数据1月17日讯，中信建投公告，2025年1月17日，公司第三届监事会第九次会议审议通过了《关于选举公司监事会主席的议案》，选举林煊女士为公司第三届监事会主席。根据相关法律法规、部门规章、规范性文件及《中信建投证券股份有限公司章程》的规定，林煊女士自本次监事会审议通过其任职议案之日起正式履职，任期至公司第三届监事会任期结束之日止。林煊女士的任职经本次监事会审议通过后，须报中国证券监督管理委员会北京监管局备案。
