利时集团控股更换核数师 毕马威因费用争议辞任
财中社1月17日电利时集团控股（00526）发布公告，董事会宣布毕马威会计师事务所已于2025年1月17日起辞去公司核数师职务，原因是未能就审计费用达成共识。公告中提到，毕马威并未就截至2025年3月31日的财务报表展开审计工作，因此预计更换核数师不会对年度审计及业绩公告产生重大影响。
同时，董事会经审计委员会推荐，已决定委任富睿玛泽会计师事务所为新的核数师，自2025年1月17日起生效，任期至下届股东周年大会结束。审计委员会在选择过程中考虑了多项因素，包括富睿玛泽的审计建议及其市场声誉，认为其为独立、合格且有能力的审计师，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
