智通财经APP获悉，周四，Rivian Automotive(RIVN.US)宣布，公司与美国能源部贷款项目办公室达成了贷款协议。该协议将提供高达66亿美元(包括60亿美元的本金和约6亿美元的资本化权益)的资金支持，用于Rivian在乔治亚州下一个制造工厂的建设，该工厂旨在加速新型R2 SUV和R3跨界车的产量扩张。
工厂的建设预计将于2026年开始，客户车辆的生产预计将于2028年开始。为了完成这笔贷款，里维安公司和美国能源部已经密切合作了两年多。
这笔贷款将包括Rivian乔治亚州工厂的两个阶段。不包括资本化利息，第一阶段的贷款规模预计将达到34亿美元，第二阶段的贷款规模将达到26亿美元。
Rivian 周四美股收涨3.6%，截至发稿，该股盘前上涨了3.6%。
