1月17日金融一线消息，玉溪金融监管分局行政处罚信息公示表显示，中国平安财产保险股份有限公司新平支公司因编制虚假资料虚列费用被罚款10万元。李祥（时任中国平安财产保险股份有限公司新平支公司中级销售经理）对上述违法违规行为负有责任，受到警告并被罚款1万元。
