金吾财讯 | 家电股盘初强势，截至发稿，泉峰控股(02285)涨8.56%，海尔智家(06690)涨4.31%，美的集团(00300)涨3.59%，海信家电(00921)涨2.21%。消息面上，1月15日，商务部等4部门办公厅发布关于做好2025年家电以旧换新工作的通知。通知明确了享受补贴的家电范围和具体补贴金额。其中，对个人消费者购买2级及以上能效或水效标准的冰箱、洗衣机、电视等12类家电产品给予补贴。消费者购买2级能效或水效标准的产品补贴15%，1级能效或水效标准的产品补贴20%，每位消费者每类产品可补贴1件（空调产品最多可补贴3件），每件补贴不超过2000元。中金指出，通过梳理历史上中国内地四轮消费品补贴政策，估算每一轮政策的财政规模，并设计了财政乘数的计算框架，估算每一轮补贴政策的当期乘数以及政策推出后2年内的累积乘数。计算显示，财政补贴当期乘数较高，对相关消费拉动力强。该行估算显示，去年四季度以旧换新补贴可能超过1100亿元人民币，财政乘数2.8左右。今年以旧换新"加力扩围"，有可能超过2010年成为消费品补贴强度最大的一年，或对社零总额形成较为明显的提振。
