【势必锐航空系统公司CEO、CFO在波音收购后将离开】金十数据1月18日讯，当地时间1月17日，波音最大零部件供应商——势必锐航空系统公司（Spirit AeroSystems）在美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件显示，在波音(BA.N)完成对其收购交易后，公司首席执行官沙纳汉（Patrick Shanahan）和埃斯特维斯（Irene Esteves）预计都不会继续留在势必锐公司，也不会受雇于波音公司，并预计不会有势必锐董事加入波音董事会。2024年6月30日，势必锐、波音及其全资子公司Sphere Acquisition Corp.签订了一项合并协议，该协议约定Sphere Acquisition将与势必锐合并，合并后势必锐作为存续公司，将成为波音全资子公司。
