星巴克中国区董事长王静瑛将于1月24日退休，把竞争最激烈市场之一重振业务的重任留给了下一代领导人。

　　星巴克首席执行官Brian Niccol在声明中表示，王静瑛推动中国业务“成为我们最大的国际市场，并且使星巴克成为中国最受赞誉和喜爱的品牌之一”。 

　　王静瑛在星巴克工作了25年，她自2023年底一直在进行职责的过渡，当时刘文娟被任命为联席首席执行官。刘文娟次年成为中国区唯一的首席执行官，王静瑛担任星巴克中国董事长。

　　王静瑛的退休是星巴克近几个月来全球管理层重组的一部分。该公司董事Mellody Hobson本周早些时候表示，她不会寻求在董事会连任。
