United Company Rusal's (HKG:0486) member, Centre of Social Innovations Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation, agreed to procure heat energy from Baikal Energy, an associate of En+ Group, for the group's production process and its facilities, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the contract, the member will procure hot water and a supply of heating from the supplier for three years, lasting until Dec. 31, 2027, at an estimated consideration of $13,826 per year.

As the group is procuring heat supply under certain previous contracts as well, the total annual consideration payable by the group for the new heat supply and previous heat supply contracts is $11.8 million for 2025, $3.5 million for 2026, and $27.2 million for 2027.
