The hearing of a winding-up petition against China Evergrande's (HKG:3333) unit Tianji Holding has been adjourned to March 12 by the high court of Hong Kong, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The firm, acting under the instructions of the liquidators, had presented the winding-up petition against Tianji Holding on Nov. 8, 2024.
The company itself was ordered to be wound up by the High Court on Jan. 29, 2024.
Trading in shares of the company, which was suspended Jan. 29, 2024, remains suspended.
