海南航空发表声明称，公司获悉个别媒体未充分了解事实，就我司正常备降处置进行误导性报道，引发部分公众误解。现就有关情况澄清如下：

　　2025年1月18日我司HU7370（九江—海口）航班于11：31从九江庐山机场起飞后，机组监控到右侧发动机参数有细微波动，机组按规定处置后观察发动机工作正常，出于最大化安全运行角度考虑，公司决策备降南昌，原飞机停场进行检查排故。为保障旅客最快速度抵达目的地，公司第一时间从广州调机保障南昌—海口航班。该航班已于17：07从南昌昌北国际机场起飞并于19：09安全抵达海口美兰国际机场。

　　此次处置是公司本着加重加厚安全，坚决把“确保航空运行绝对安全、确保人民生命绝对安全”要求落到实处，绝非个别媒体所称“失效”，也衷心感谢各位旅客的充分理解与全面配合支持，由此给各位旅客造成的不便，我司深表歉意。公司始终秉承旅客至上、生命至上的理念，为广大旅客提供安全舒适快捷的服务。
