中国电力(02380.HK) 公布，就资产重组建议订立框架协议，据此，国家电投联系人远达环保(600292.SH) 将透过发行股份及现金，向公司收购五凌电力63%及长洲水电64.93%股权。此前，五凌电力及长洲水电将进行预重组，主要包括五凌电力将收购国家电投联系人及北京鑫赢在湖南省内新能源资产，装机容量共约1,960.4兆瓦，总代价12.32亿人民币。
