1月16日，皇氏集团（002329.SZ）发布公告称，东方证券的股份减持计划已正式结束。根据东方证券出具的《关于减持股份实施情况的告知函》，此次减持计划自2024年10月16日至2025年1月15日，原计划减持不超过公司总股本的3%，即26,071,479股。

实际减持过程中，东方证券在2024年11月29日至2025年1月14日期间，合计减持了242.32万股，占公司总股本的0.2788%。截至2025年1月14日，东方证券累计减持869.04万股，占总股本的1.00%，减持均价为3.91元/股，价格区间在3.28至4.31元/股。减持后，东方证券持股从4,971.96万股（5.72%）降至4,102.92万股（4.72%）。

此外，皇氏集团2024年前三季报显示，公司主营收入为15.1亿元，同比下降32.7%。其中，第三季度单季度主营收入为4.69亿元，同比下降9.81%。
